Holistic Counselling

Holistic Counselling incorporates your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Heart Mind Wisdom specialises in the role of your subconscious processes that dictates 95% of our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Within our session, therapeutic approaches such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Breathwork and Energy Healing may be implemented.

Reiki

Energy Healing at Heart Mind Wisdom involves a "check in" discussion of your needs and 35-40 minute Reiki.

Holistic Counselling & Reiki Combined

1.5 Hours

A Holistic Counselling & Reiki session allows us to go deeper into area(s) of your concern and allow to implement therapeutic strategies to improve your wellbeing. The session structure is usually 45 minutes Counselling and 40 minutes Reiki, and 5 minutes of debriefing and consolidation.
