First consultation of Clinical Hypnotherapy involves a comprehensive review of current life challenges, therapeutic strategies, goals of therapy, counselling and hypnosis session. Please note: Sometimes this session can run up to 15 minutes longer (without any extra charge), if I believe that further hypnosis integration is required.

Clinical Hypnotherapy - Follow Up

1 Hour

$160

Follow up Clinical Hypnotherapy involves a brief review of therapeutic progress, strategies, counselling and hypnosis session. Please note: Sometimes this session can run up to 15 minutes longer (without any extra charge), if I believe that further hypnosis integration is required.

Reiki

Energy Healing at Heart Mind Wisdom involves a "check in" discussion of your needs and 35-40 minute Reiki.
