Counselling is a process of exploration in a safe compassionate place, where you are always held in a positive unconditional regard and non judgement. There is a strong focus in discovering your unique personal strengths, expanding perceptions and implementing your resource strategies to reach your goals. What makes Heart Mind Wisdom different?
Heart Mind Wisdom has a holistic counselling approach that incorporates the whole being - mind, body and spirit - examining your multidimensionality in finding freedom from mental suffering, as well as an expertise in the role of your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for 95% of how we think, feel and behave, and it is unfortunately regularly dismissed in today's society. At Heart Mind Wisdom, together we spotlight any unconscious processes, such as limiting self beliefs, that may be holding you back to live as your true authentic self.

What is a counselling session like?

At Heart Mind Wisdom, the counselling session has a duration of 60 minutes. You take the lead of the topics that you would like to explore. Your goals are established and a counselling plan will be implemented to ensure we are seeing effective results as we go along our journey together.
